"This application has alot of bugs and glitches. Queue times are very long and at times, require a restart of the application or the entire phone. When the app does work, its ok. But when the app malfunctions, its a disaster... missed jobs, long queues, frozen scenes, sporadic shut-downs. Makes providing assistance to clients in need difficult and frustrating at times. Having used this app since its release, I cannot say I would recommend this particular app again for MB Roadside. Almost seems like a downgrade from the app years ago. I will say the app does provide some go information attached with each, and its convenient having a jobs history."

"Make this junk work! And give tech support a kick! Its downright shameful how pathetic this app is, and shame on Mercedes for choosing such a pitiful platform. I am LOGGED OUT OF THE APP, and calls are still coming to me instead of the technician on call. I have to uninstall the app so HOPEFULLY it will work."

"I have been On call for 7 days and out of the 10 or so roadside calls that have come in I have been notified of 1 of them. This app needs alot of work."

"app keeps crashing. Have to go back to it top reset everytime a phone call is made, lots of false calls, doesn't always alert you right away when a call for service comes in. Needs a lot of work!"
